Your mission as a Customer Advisor
Your main role will be to act as the primary contact for our customers. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting prospects and customers by resolving issues or providing information.
- Actively contributing to promoting our brand image and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Effectively managing complaints.
- Being an ambassador for customer satisfaction!
